The idea of Everyday Health started when the founders traveled to different parts of Asia and witnessed the holistic lifestyle surrounding health and wellness. Massage therapy was not just a luxury, it was a practice rooted deep in their traditions and philosophy for healthy living.

Thus, the name Everyday Health was created. Our goal is to improve wellness in the community through promoting healthy and holistic lifestyles.
